As one of the Principals and Property Manager Supervisor, Megan has experienced many facets of the business for over 15 years. As an investor herself, Megan has the ability to empathise with her clients and give advice based not only from her extensive property management experience but her experience as a landlord. She is experienced in dealing with a wide range of clients and takes great pride in developing a honest relationship at all times. She works very closely with her Property Manager, Lynn Luck and together they make a dynamic team. Megan successfully manages the overall Administration function of her busy office and provides some much valued support to all areas when needed. She is a warm dedicated woman, and is no stranger to hard work, obtaining the best service for her clients.

Lynn brings a dynamic energy and willingness to our Property Management Department. Having lived on Kangaroo Island for almost 8 years she is familiar with Island life and her care and compassion to the Island is evident in the efficient service she offers her clients. Lynn will care for your property like her own, she will go above and beyond expectations and invests a great deal of time and effort to ensure the property is well maintained.
