Beau knows his stuff. He knows the process and is so communicable it makes the whole selling process effortless.. we were confident we would get the end result we wanted, we trusted him and his knowledge. Great service!

Selling a home in Victoria during covid and living in a very remote location in the Northern Territory was always going to be a challenge. Sarah was always happy and professional in dealing with us and our limitations of limited phone service. She always was respectful and listened to what we needed. Overall century21 did an excellent job with a great outcome selling our house in record time and price.

Sale of our Patho (Echuca) Property

Following our selection of Sarah Monaghan from Century21 real estate in Echuca, due to the professionalism displayed in formulating a plan to sell our 5 acres and house in Patho, Sarah sprang in to action and within 5 days had 20 couples through our property which generated 8 offers. All of these offers were above the price we were advertising and Sarah did an excellent job of fine-tuning these offers to maximise the benefit for us. We settled on a 30 day unconditional offer which all went through without a hitch, thanks to Sarah's attention to detail and focus. List to sale was only 5 weeks and Sarah was absolutely excellent.

The Sale of our First & Family Home

We are truly mind blown with both the process & outcome of the sale of our home. Being our first home & the home our children were raised in there were quite a few emotions when it came to selling. Sarah provided the best advise and held our hand through the whole process. We received constant communication whether it be phone calls, text updates or emails throughout the whole process. Sarah ensured we got the best outcome come online auction time by holding multiple open homes and even more private inspections at all times of the day. The process was overwhelming for us but Sarah made sure we knew all the ins and outs and helped us prepare the best we could. We are so happy with how the sale of our home ended and it truly exceeded our expectations. Thanks so much Sarah!
