Lease agreements will be drawn up and sent to you electronically to sign.
You will be required to pay a further two weeks' rent and bond before and no later than collecting keys on your ingoing date.
Leases, rent, and bond must be complete before keys are handed out for the property.
IF YOUR APPLICATION IS NOT SUCCESSFUL:
You will be notified by email, your application will be filed but only kept for 2 months.
