Phil Licciardi

We first met Phil approx 3 years ago when we asked him to value our property, since then we received a couple of xmas cards and the like, nothing pushy. We decided to put our property on the market this year so we contacted Phil and he came around to meet with us, explained everything about selling in a way we understood and answered any questions we asked. Phil took care of all aspects for selling our property, including open for inspections and the likes. Within a short space of time he had achieved our goal, and done his job well.
