5 Star Salesperson with Client and Customer Service

Jeff Robinson from "Coast Creek Country Realty" was very determine to sell my property, one week after I had cancelled my previous agent who had the property for 90 days and the best they could do was $720K $60K below my asking price and then told me I would never get my price for a least 5 years I had decided to take the home of the market for a year, as the agent convinced me that I was asking way over the market value and I'd be waiting 5 years to get my price! Then I meet Jeff Robinson who gave me the usual sales person speil, which I took with a grain of salt, having just come away from another sales agent that did very poor advertising off my home, with his super large picture of himself on the for sale sign and his agency's name on it and only opened my home once a week on Saturday. Jeff Robinson put up a large for sale sign with pictures of my home and created a A3 size picture folder of my home, he opened Saturdays and Sundays and often called me on weekdays, to bring potential buyers after 5pm Monday to Friday. Jeff listed my home for only $5K below my asking price off $780K and with his constant hard work behind the scenes, Jeff achieved my asking prices, with subject to sale off the buyers home, but Jeff also managed to achieve a cash buyer at $775K which I accepted. I cannot say enough regarding Jeff Robinson's professional attitude with his constant positiveness to achieving the price that I was looking for, Jeff was never negative in his push to potential buyers. I wish Jeff Robinson every success in his future endeavours in whatever he does
