Worked real hard to sell a difficult property with a great result

Our family home of 20 years was was one of a kind. The photos were special and the buyer attention was very high. This was always going to be a difficult job as the house was in the trees with a steep long driveway and so many people wanting to see it. Many came, most loved but only a few could manage the drive. The right buyer was going to take time - Nils and the CCC team stuck with it, worked very hard to manage the viewer influx including appointment and open houses aplenty.
