Met Cooper at the door of the property on inspection. He was helpful and friendly, with good information about the property. Once I applied, Amy took over. She called and asked a few questions about my reasons for moving, and a few other supporting questions, but was also very friendly and forthcoming. Interactions with my previous agents always seemed a bit antagonistic. During the initial moving-in process, I emailed and called about a number of items that might be an issue, and she's been very prompt and helpful with her replies. It's only been a couple of weeks, and I'm still in the process of moving in - but so far, they have been excellent agents. If this continues into the future, it could be the start of a beautiful relationship (with apologies to Humphrey Bogart).
