They keep in contact with me, providing details re current tenants, number and quality of new tenancy applications, asking for my input, following up on any action or information requests I may have and looking after requirements during each tenancy. I've been with Century 21 Sutherland Shire for quite a few years now and I've found them to be professional and knowledgeable when dealing with myself, tenants, strata, trades and committee members.
