Stewart showed all the above necessary attributes of knowledge, communication and professionalism

WE met Stewart briefly on our first viewing of the apartment. He greeted everyone with a smile and a bit of chatter. We then seemed to deal with Joel, but when we needed some personal assistance, Stewart was there and he came to our home to make it easier for us to sign the contracts and explained so much to us when here. He felt as if we had know him longer than we did. Stewart never rushed us, but calmly explained all that was happening and what we were signing. It was so nice to have it done with such a personal level and with all the explanations too. WE have dealt with Joel and he checks with Stewart on all accounts, and it is definitely a team effort. I would highly recommend Stewart to anyone and his patience in dealing with people has definitely helped us and it would anyone.. So Century 21 is a very good agency..

Extremely good on all counts.. knowledge, communication and professionalism.

WE met Joel at our first viewing. It was with a pleasant smile and a bit of chatter. Not pushy or trying to sway us. Next time was through a text, when we wanted a private viewing. It was never too much for him and his patience paid off for us. WE had the private viewing and decided to buy this apartment. Joel was there to assist us and he did. WE have called him numerous times and he never seems rushed. Always a smile in his voice, if you know what I mean. WE have found Joel to be highly professional and a man with great customer service skills. WE would highly recommend Joel to assist anyone in a sale or purchase of a property.
