I have been working with Stewart and his team for over 30 years. First in the purchase of the property, second as the agent to manage the property as a rental, and great assistance in a refurbishment done 10 years ago, and now in the sale of the property. Living overseas it is often difficult to know what is going on but I have never been wanting for information and what is happening. Even in the current tough econoimi times the property was not overvalued, was managed well, constant feedback after every open house, and any adjustements required from the viewings.
