•While Stewart perservered with attempts to sell the unit for a price that I didn't think was likely, his efforts were appreciated. In any event, the price ultimately realised was considerably better than I had expected. Stewart impressed with his professionalism and communication style, making me happy that I had chosen C21 Sutherland to market my unit, after years of having rented out the unit through C21 Sutherland/Cronulla as well (with thanks to Yulia and Amy).
Joel K and the other members of the C21 team were very pleasant to deal with. They did very well given that my unit is located at Penshurst which is outside their usual patch. At all times, I was impressed by Joel's professionalism and his negotiation skills are evident given the price realised which was way better than I anticipated, given the current uncertain market. I
