The new benchmark in property management

Firstly, a big thank you to Julie from Century 21 who assisted in doing the final property inspections via FaceTime as I live interstate. It was fantastic knowing that a team of professionals who would be going on to manage my property were assisting in the due diligence. Julie was thorough, she checked every power point, the reticulation systems, every appliance… She wanted to make sure that I was getting the low maintenance property I hoped for. And then she introduced me to Laylah. Laylah came highly recommended to me by the buyers agency service I employed to purchase my first interstate investment property. To say that they drastically undersold how great she has been is an understatement. Laylah is a confident, professional and commercially savvy property manager who wasted no time in filling me with the confidence I needed to see out a tricky go to market situation; we were being held up by missing renovation quotes and poor communication from other parties. Her knowledge of the local market, as well as her access to a great painter and handyman meant I ditched my previous plans and let her take over. What I got from her effective management of those trades was a well presented house that I struggle to see benefits of the $40k renovations that I was originally thinking I needed to do. Laylah has a warm, smart personality that I found instantly likeable. Her honesty and enthusiasm for the property market is infectious and sorely needed after many months of property hunting and bidding I am looking forward to our partnership lasting many years and I have the confidence to ‘set and forget’ with her and her team, I know she will always look out for my best interests and those of the tenants I share this lovely property with along the way.
