An agent who ticked all the boxes

I'd interviewed three other agents before deciding to interview Graeme Squires for the job of selling a long-term-held family home. Graeme immediately made me feel at ease and provided me with a vision that incorporated a relaxed, personable approach to me as the vendor, along with a strong negotiating ability with potential buyers. He also demonstrated great knowledge about redevelopment possibilities, exuding a great deal of knowledge about this. He was very helpful during the readying for marketing phase of the process. Graeme was able to achieve a good result, after determining what would help buyers as part of this process. An RBA interest rate rise on the day of auction was a factor we had to contend with, but the result was still in line with expectations.
