Second to None!

When we decided to sell our property, we already knew that we wanted Kate Spence from Chapman Real Estate. We had never met Kate or even spoken to her before, we just had heard from word of mouth that Kate was the best and she is. Best decision ever! We sold during Covid lock down, which we thought would be tricky but Kate made it an effortless transaction on our behalf. Obviously it was effortless for us because Kate was going above and beyond behind the scenes. Kate organised and coordinated everything. Kate had numerous trades come onto our site (following the Covid guidelines of course) and they all did an impeccable job. Our house, with her vision and organisation looked spectacular. My advice, if Kate suggests you do something, don't think about cost, just do it. You will get your money back and then some. Our house went to a silent auction and we had more bidders than we envisioned. Kate managed all that and got a sale price for us that we were very happy with. We are extremely grateful for Kate, not only her market expertise but for her regular check ins, her suggestions, her efficiency and of course her friendly and approachable personality.
