Great communicator with a friendly steady hand

What can I say. Selling ones home is a stressful event anyway- doing it whist you are already in another state makes that even more so. Chris and the team at Chapman were fantastic. The whole process was handled smoothly and professionally- from arranging fantastic styling of the house to recommending a great conveyancer, the process was easy and actually completely without stress. Chris's communication was impeccable ( we were on the phone after business hours on Christmas eve and never felt like we were trespassing on his time) We were kept updated constantly and felt confident with the advice and guidance he provided. The sale went off perfectly and the price achieved was well above our expectations. Chris was honest, straight forward ad easy to talk to. He listened to our concerns and questions and was a pleasure to deal with- we couldn't have been happier with his service.
