In Good Hands!!

Colleen proved to be a good choice of Real Estate Agent from two angles: Marketing strategy and sensitivity in unusual circumstances. The way that Chapmans approach the sale of a home together with an invitation to 'VIPs' to the first Open House works well and, in this current climate, resulted in pleasing offers. Colleen's communication skills are excellent and without pressure. I was selling my parents' home who lived next door for 14 years. There was no dividing fence, the properties blended. Not only was there a lot of work to do constructing retaining walls and erecting a fence, but separating the two homes and then selling was emotionally very difficult.
