My wife and I can't express highly enough our satisfaction with Jonathan's service in helping us sell our house in Warrimoo, and even prior to deciding to sell his responsiveness and proactiveness in supporting us where we'd often use him as a sounding board to help provide local market knowledge was amazing. With the sale in Warrimoo, he came well prepared to our first meeting with data to support all of his recommendations and where he though pricing would likely sit (which he was spot on with). He set great upfront expectations for the entire process and handled the nerves I'd often throw his way with extreme professionalism and always with a smile. When settlement came, it was somewhat surprising to my wife and I in the sense that we were constantly waiting for the curve ball to hit us that never came. Our house had an offer from the Chapman VIP showing, we got a price we were very happy with (emphasising the value of Chapman VIP vs other agencies going straight to online and not having the power of the Chapman database). It was all so smooth and stress free! If my wife and I ever sell again we'll be calling Jonathan right away. Highly recommend, he can't be beaten!
