" THANKS" for your help in selling my place down in Bunyip; alas I was miss led by others in getting this place & waisted lots of time & my $$$ doing lots of o/d maintenance & up keep on this place!!! Still seeking a small cottagey 2-3 bed room home ,with BIG shedding, & on small block; ( say under 2 achers), & or on a double block, in a quite location closer to Melbourne in the Lysterfield / Narey Warren regions; ( ideally with sealed road access), say around the million + $ range . If you get & or your colleagues get such on your listings PLEASE let me know ! Unsure about expectations though ! PS: I only get to access the emails on a V/spasmodic basis , hence the lags !
