Greg Gordon was the selling Agent who dealt with the purchase of my Unit in Purli Street Chevron Island. After Greg approached me while I was window shopping at the Chevron First National Agency on Chevron Island I was immediately impressed with his direct approach. Greg was very open with me about the purchase of the Unit. Whilst at no time did I feel pressured by him to purchase he was able to successfully negotiate my offer with the Seller. The price I offered was substantially lower than the advertised window price. Throughout the settlement period Greg was most co-operative in allowing me access to the property. Since settlemnt Greg has shown keen interest in the renovations I have undertaken. Due to his honesty, integrity and negotiation skills I would have every confidence in engaging his services again in the future.
