Having gone through the stress of a previous defaulting sale, I changed agents. When coming to Adam I told him what I required was clear, effective and timely communication with me. AND, no matter what - just tell me the story straight. Adam committed to those things, said we will work together as a team, and from the outset it was apparent he was going to walk his talk. I got immediate responses to my questions, Adam produced superior advertising, and he was able to sell at the best possible price because he understood the uniqueness of my property, therefore the manner in which it needed to be promoted during negotiations with the buyer. No doubt his 25 odd years experience in selling rural properties enabled him to achieve the outcome for me he did. I found Adam open, honest and trustworthy. Whenever I challenged an idea or thought differently, Adam would explain clearly and calmly how and why a certain approach was the best way to go. He was always right. Adam sold my 10 acre, 4 bedroom house in Middle Pocket despite the very bad flood, and some problems we did not know about the property. He found the right buyer at the right time, and it went very smoothly. Another thing I like about Adam, and his brother and sister, also in the business, is that they are the real thing. They are born and bred locals with local knowledge. Adam got the exact price he predicted, despite my asking a higher unrealistic selling price. I was given plenty of notice about appointments, and was always on time. He is also well mannered, and dresses well, and was not pushy. The commission was low. And I was not asked for money in advance for the very good spread of photographs provided. This included drone shots of the property. Highly recommended.
