Christian Chan from CHN Real Estate is the real deal!!

My family and I have just had the most delightful selling experience with Christian Chan from CHN. His professionalism, his tenacity and the price that he achieved for us on auction day was extraordinary in a slow market. My wife and I had heard great things about Christian and after watching several of his auctions on Auction Reporters on Youtube, it became apparent that here was the agent with the “fire in the belly” that we were looking for. He’s is a lovely person, gentle spoken with a warm smile and just a nice fellow who you and your family will feel comfortable with, as did we. We trusted him with our single largest asset and our trust was well placed as it felt as if we were his “only” client. His dedication to us and the way he made himself available to us was outstanding. We never wondered what was happening because Christian ensured we were always absolutely on top of everything! On auction day we watched Christian walk out of our home towards the waiting auction crowd followed by several of his CHN colleagues, all of whom were there to support us on our big day, and I realised that whether we ended up with a great price for our home or a mediocre one… it wasn’t for any lacking in the way he ran our campaign or for leaving any stone un-turned. We knew that all that all that could possibly be done had been done and we were as ready as we would ever be…. Twenty minutes later Christian declared our home sold to the excited crowd and the result was… just wonderful and made a big difference for our plans moving forward. If we had another property to sell anywhere in the extensive area that the CHN team service, Christian Chan would be not only our first call… he’d be our only call.
