Shirley Lo-Leeson is an experienced Property Manager and Business Development Manager with over 12 years industry experience, 6 of which have been in a senior role. Shirley graduated from Curtin University in 1999, she holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, double majors in property and finance. She has both real estate experience in Hong Kong and Australia.
Shirley is fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). She effectively handles a large portfolio of rental properties for local, interstate and overseas clients with whom she has built long lasting rapport over the years due to her honest, reliable and personal service. She adopts a “can do” attitude and is always available to offer advice to all her clients and team. Shirley regularly attends Professional Development training sessions to keep up to date with the many changes to regulations and the Residential Tenancies Act.
In 2008 , Joeanne first started her real estate career as a strata manager in East Perth for a well reputed company.
Joeanne soon realised that her passion was real estate and extended her knowledge within the industry to become a qualified Property Manager in 2012.
Joeanne has worked in award winning agencies throughout the state since making the change to property management, before recently deciding to become part of the international RE/MAX network and joining the amazing team at one of their franchise offices, RE/MAX Southern Stars in Cannington.
Joeanne says the best part of her job is ” The feeling of accomplishment when taking the stress away from clients with their investment property and providing a second to none professional customer service”.
Having gained extensive knowledge of the industry and utilizing the skills and abilities obtained from dealing with national and international clientele, Joeanne has a proactive approach to her role along with maintaining a highly professional attitude with fantastic communication and negotiation skills.
Shannon is energetic and efficient. She has a ‘can-do’ attitude, and nothing is too difficult for her. She is qualified as a Property Manager and has been in the real estate industry for 3 years. She started as an assistant and within 6 weeks moved up to a Property Manager role.
Shannon also has a Diploma in Early Childhood studies as she has always loved children and has worked in day-care centres since she was 15 years old.
She enjoys helping people and working through challenges as it gives her a sense of achievement.
She is very sympathetic towards people and she feels that looking after your properties and her experience with children assists her with her daily work. She prides herself on working through any issues that may arise in her job role and communication is key to her moto.
Shannon loves her 3 chihuahua puppies, camping, collecting shells on the beach, new adventures with her husband and socialising.
