As a long term landlord with a long term tenant in place who was not at all digitally savvy, I signed up with ChristieRoberts Real Estate a few years ago after trying several other property management agencies - and wish I had changed over sooner. I found Tania Roberts to be a property manager who not only has an excellent understanding of tenancy law and landlord/tenant responsibilities but has the communication skills and attention to detail to manage and respond to my tenant’s concerns and make realistic recommendations and advice to me for action/approve.
