I wish I had signed up with Christie Roberts Real Estate property management far sooner

As a long term landlord with a long term tenant in place who was not at all digitally savvy, I signed up with ChristieRoberts Real Estate a few years ago after trying several other property management agencies - and wish I had changed over sooner. I found Tania Roberts to be a property manager who not only has an excellent understanding of tenancy law and landlord/tenant responsibilities but has the communication skills and attention to detail to manage and respond to my tenant’s concerns and make realistic recommendations and advice to me for action/approve. Tania has always quickly respond to any emails or messages I send her if she can’t take my call straight away. The documentation I regularly received from Christie Roberts Real Estate (eg. rental income statements and inspection reports) have always been clear and accurate and the maintenance and trades persons engaged on my behalf have done some really good work. After deciding to sell my property in Smithfield Plains, I asked Tania for the real estate sales agents that she recommended (NOTE: Christie Roberts are a dedicated property management agency only) and I was impressed with the agents Tania had referred to me. Happily, my long term tenant found alternate housing and I have found a great agent through Tania. Thank you Tania for such great service - I just wish I have another property in the area for you to manage.
