Friendly, prudent and fair

We are recent tenants in a Melbourne property and this is our first time having CHWYLA as a property manager. The last couple of weeks they have been very easy to communicate with and are very prudent and responsive. Being an older property, there were a few maintenance requirements which have so far been handled expediently and in a fair manner all things considered. Bri has been wonderful to deal with and I look forward to a long tenancy working with her agency.
