From the initial consultation, l knew Bri was the agent l wanted looking after my house. Extremely thorough in explaining every step of the process, through to answering every question and email l had in a very quick manner. But most importantly for me, she listened to my needs and accommodated them with total care and understanding. And being a local agent, l feel comfortable knowing that my house is managed by an agency a few minutes away from home, not by an agency in a different post code. Very impressed and highly recommend.
