•We have worked with Bri on 2 of our investments. One which has recently been transfered to Chwyla in recent times. Having two agents look at two different properties gave us an objective critic on the level of service that was provided which was a stark difference. Bri and the team from Chwlya are not just looking for the next sale, the vetting done for each of the tenants they bring forward gives us the confidence that our property is going to be well looked after and also we will not have any pain points in terms of rent coming in on time etc. they have always taken the route of having open discussion with us and letting us know what is a realistic expectation on rental return vs an unrealistic one. Unlike our other agency who simply put forward a recommendation for the first application without any advice or vetting backgrounds Bri and team do the necessary checks upfront and then position the prospective tenants to us. Our other agency simply appeared to be middle people getting rent from tenants and pushing it to us. The team at Chwyla keep us upto date on any updates on tenancy law changes that may impact us. Ensure the property is at par with required maintenance and safety checks ensuring not just the safety of the tenants but protecting us from any nasty penalties. I believe this is also why they would be the trusted agent for tenants as they do what is right and pay very close attention to detail. We find Bri also goes above the call of duty at times example being when we needed some curtains to be replaced, whilst onsite she just did it for us. This attention and level of customer service is definitely what makes this agency a cut above other agencies I have worked with the in the past. It’s not just about getting top rent for the property but also ensuring that the tenant is keeping up to date with their commitments and also us keeping up to ours.
