Outstanding service & result

I was selling my investment property in Doreen, and living in Sydney did not really know much about the local market. I contacted a few Agents for listing the property and Stacy was the first to get back to me. After visiting the property she provided advice on the best way to maximise the sale price. This included vacating the tenants, replacing the carpet, some internal & external painting, and staging for the property. Once I agreed, she then organised everything: from the repairs, to staging to sale. The property then sold after one open house within the first week at a price well above expectations.
