Paul Chwyla - The Best In The Business

From the very first phone call, we knew we had the right person. Paul and Stacy arrived at our home, exactly at the time they said they would, and we were immediately comfortable and at ease, particularly when selling a home can be very stressful. Paul was extremely knowledgeable about the current market in Victoria, and also the surrounding suburbs to Doreen. His priority was to ask us what we wanted - time frame, the price that we were estimating, the method of sale, open days, and marketing options. Both Paul and Stacy offered advice on all of the above, which enabled us to make decisions based on professional knowledge. We listened, and we followed their advice. Once our home was ready, the "open house" marketing began, only three days later. They immediately got to work, and due to their large client base and their professional advertising, we had 15 groups through on day 1. Their brochures for the house were ready, the signage was ready, and the clients were ready. The communication after each open day was excellent. We were advised of the number of groups, and any potential interest. We had a total of 3 open days, and after one 1.5 weeks, we SOLD!! Not only did we sell, but we sold at a much higher price than we anticipated, due to the commitment and focus provided by Paul and his team. We believe that Paul really invests in his clients, he cares for his clients, and he tries to get the best outcome possible for his clients. All of the staff at Chwyla are up to date with their clients, and the communication and constant updates were extremely reassuring and appreciated. Even after our sold date, they are still communicating regularly about what happens next. We would highly recommend Paul Chwyla to everyone when it comes to real estate.
