Responsive, thorough, hard-working and transparent.

I've been looking for a property intensively for six months and only came across two outstanding agents in that time. Jerry was one of them. I had a load of questions and concerns about the property and sent Jerry a lot of emails which he answered promptly, clearly and with good humour. Great work

had a great experience working with Jerry to sell my property. The place was tenanted at the time and not presented in the best condition, which I know can make things more challenging. Despite that, Jerry handled everything professionally and kept the process running smoothly. He managed the situation with the tenants really well, stayed on top of communication, and made sure the property was still marketed effectively. What impressed me most was his ability to navigate the messiness and still achieve a timely sale without unnecessary stress on my end. Jerry was reliable, proactive, and clearly experienced.
