Good customer service

Moved into a place a recently using City Realty, they have the usual set-up services with power, gas, etc. but also offered to sort out the internet and phone as well which my last agent didn't do. They set themselves apart with customer service; they were very forthright and responsive throughout the whole process, less than a day turn around time for requests for information and maintenance. They were also very welcoming, sending a couple of personalised emails to check how I was settling in. Would recommend them if they have a property available in your area.
