We have used Hannah to sell 2 properties and she has been absolutely amazing to work with: Her relaxed and friendly approach put us at ease from the start. Her market expertise meant that her analysis of price was spot on. Her management of the administrative aspects was thorough and timely. Communication is her strength: She seemed to always be available or would get back to us immediately with a txt to say when we could talk; she provided updates after every open inspection and regularly communicated progress with us during the sale and settlement. She worked incredibly well with our conveyancer and liaison with the purchaser as we needed. We tried selling these properties ourselves and had them on the market for 6-9 months.
