An excellent agent

There were quite a few difficulties that cropped up during the selling period,for instance a burst water pipe in an adjoining unit that affected a wall in my unit. Andrew put himself out to facilitate tradesmen getting into the unit to effect repairs. He had many opens and also individual inspections and always gave me feed back on how the sale was going.. He is positive and always responsive and helpful. My wife was also very impressed with his attitude , response and politeness. We have no hesitation in recommending Andrew to anyone selling their property.
