Highest Selling Price in my block of units

I had the pleasure of not only buying my first appartment from Csaba 14yrs ago, but also he was my real estate agent when it came to selling. He didn't make unwanted promises, he was very honest with me and got me the best possible price. Csaba also helped me with renovation ideas, best way to market\advertise and very strategic on how he ran the opens/inspections. Csaba's experience also extended to helping me understand how the competiton were positioning themselves, and how they operate (false promises). To be exact, what the competition were offering as the best possible price didn't even come close to Csaba's guidance. Csaba guidance was within 5% of the price we got. Csaba also had great general advice to ensure we got the price I wanted. When I say best possible price, we were able to sell our appartment at the highest selling price in the block of units. It's a mistake to go with anyone else.
