Good communicator, kept me informed of progress, provided advice.

Josh kept in contact on a regular basis even when he was on holidays. He followed up with potential buyers regularly. Josh used his contacts to assist in finding buyers. Communication skills were very good and displayed a professional approach at all times. All communications were via phone, text or email. We never met face to face. Not sure if that is just how real estate works these days. It seems to lack that personal touch. Knowledge of non compliant land was good which is why I chose Josh.
