Brendon was very professional, approachable, and went out of his way to walk us through the offer process. He and his partner Diana were also extremely knowledgeable about the local area (having actually lived in the same building as our purchase). Brendon was also very respectful and efficient during the negotiation process and we would highly recommend both Brendon and Diana to anyone trying to buy or sell in the Waterloo area.

Sale of property in W5, Waterloo NSW

I could not give Brendon Clarke a higher recommendation. Brendon went to what could be considered extreme lengths to make sure that everything required to sell my property was executed flawlessly and without me having to lift a finger (including arranging repairs to prepare the property, the conveyancing, cleaning and coordination with my tenants during the campaign and amazingly comprehensive weekly reports). This level of service was beyond expectation and particularity reassuring because I live overseas. I never once felt uninformed or that I should visit to "check on things". The photos and video prepared for the campaign were so good that it gave me seconds thoughts on selling! The result achieved was an excellent result in what has become a challenging market for similar properties. Suffice to say that Brendon and his partner Diana are the only choice in Waterloo and they do the real estate industry a tremendous service to debunk negative associations caused by agents who don't share their respect for customer service and professionalism.
