Professional, friendly experience from start to finish

I bought the house through Nick Clarke 4 years ago. I was very happy with the process and his open, honest, professional attitude and extensive knowledge of the Hunter/Newcastle area. Hence the reason employinghis servicesfor the sale of the house. From the time I contacted Nick, he was punctual polite and very informative. Nick made me feel positive and at ease about the whole process. He didn't promise me anything he couldn't deliver and is realistic in approach. His pricing and fees are more than reasonable. Nick's offsider Mikhaela Enright, contacted me promptly once I signed contracts and had a buyer come through the week after I signed and before it went to market. This was all over a busy period of Easter and Anzac day but I was kept regularly informed about what was going on. Within a week the house was sold off market for a price I was very happy with. I cannot fault Nick and Mikhaela or thank them enough for making the sale such an easy process. The follow up on everything they did was fantastic. Their were other employees behind the scene that did a great job too. I highly recommend Nick and his team. They have an amazing knowledge of the area and are completely professional and have a great work ethics.
