Totally amazing result

I cannot thank Troy & his team enough for the unbelievable result that they got us. We wanted a country change, & had started looking at properties, just to see what was out there. I fell in love with a house at a viewing, & put in an offer, that was excepted. Then panic set in, we didn't even have our house on the market yet. I rang Troy in a fluster, & he immediately calmed me down. He came out the next day & evaluated our property. Troy was very confident that we could get the price we wanted very quickly. We couldn't believe how quickly though, we didn't even need to go on the open market. Troy showed some buyers agents through, & we got over what we were hoping for on the very first day. When Troy rang & told us the price the agent had offered, we couldn't believe it. We were both so excited we cried. So we definitely rate Troy as one of the finest, honest, hardworking agents, we have ever met. And he's not a bad bloke as well.
