Above and beyond

My first meet and greet with Clarke & Co I could feel that it wasnt just a sales pitch. Nick and his team were very honest and realistic on the best outcome. I was advised of two prices. First price sell as is and nothing to do. Other option for maximum return was a list of things to fix before the house went on the market. I was impressed that there wasnt a rush for Nick and his team to just sell. Nick gave me an options to pay for the work on settlementthrough a company for a very small price. I was given a quote from a team of professionals that Clarke & Co use on a regular basis and very competitive pricing so I took the offer to paint the house internally, new flooring and to clean the outside of the house. I did not live in the area and thought communication might be an issue however Sean was amazing to deal with. At first Sean kept in contact via phone calls and email and then started a group chat in the whatsapp which worked better. I also got a weekly update emailed to me to show the breakdown of people interested and what Sean had done to achieve outcomes for the sale. Sean was in complete control and I was never concerned even when things got difficult with some purchases. When the house sold it sold higher than what I was advised which was an amazing outcome. Nick, Sean and the whole team worked so hard and I am very proud of there above and beyond approach.
