I didn't have so much contact with Dan once the initial contract was signed. I mainly dealt with his 2IC (who was very professional and helpful) because Dan was on leave.However, from my experience of the team effort, I had nothing to complain about. I wanted a quick sale and that's what happened. Dan's wife who works for them as well, was very helpful at different times during the process with printing out forms etc and delivering them to their destination. All up, the whole sale was effortless and without drama, largely due to a combination of the kind people involved and my God who watches over me to make my paths straight.
