Full service real estate agent with excellent management skills

We met with several agents before making the easy choice to go with Shabina, she immediately put my sibling and I at ease with their warm and energetic presence that just clicked instantly for both of us. We had to clean out our late mothers home and complete several major repairs but Shabina was ontop of everything, organising trades and professionals that handled everything for us and stayed ontop of communication and helped us breath a sigh of releif throughout what otherwise would have been an extremely stressful process. We came to market at a rather unfortunate time and Shabina told us what we needed to hear, securing us a sale at a point in time where most other auctions were getting passed in or withdrawn from sale alltogether. Thank god we trusted her expert advice or we would have likely been in a very unfortunate position - but because she had built so much trust and confidence with us over the months prior we listened to her and my sibling and I are so glad we did.
