Successful Fairlight unit sale in a difficult market thanks to Casey Faets.

Casey guided us with professionalism and enthusiasm. He was always responsive to our requests and patiently ensured that we understood every step of the process and had all the necessary knowledge that underlaid every decision that we had to make. There was no time when we felt that we were uncertain about a decision or had taken a wrong turn. He had a profound knowledge of the market in the Manly/Fairlight area in particular and the northern suburbs area generally. He was a very skillful communicator of that knowledge which gave us great confidence in his advice. He was available by phone at all reasonable hours, and always returned missed calls in a timely manner. We have mentioned his patient approach which we appreciated greatly when the time came to discuss tactics, values, and likely and unlikely outcomes. We always felt that he was providing information and necessary advice without any pressure to take any particular direction or make a rushed decision that we might later regret. There were definitely some hard decisions to make and we made them with confidence and without regret. He was ably assisted by Ruby (Simonetti) who reflected his efficiency and who attended to ancillary matters which included the inclusion of some items of furniture in the sale. We were very satisfied with the work of Casey, Ruby, and Clarke & Humel. We have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
