Absolute professional and a lovely person

We bought our unit in Manly through Cherie Humel. From first impressions, we met an agent who was respectful, caring and so knowledgeable of an area which is new to us. She understood our needs and the fact we were downsizing. Cherie knew the market very well and was extremely supportive in enabling us to secure our dream location. Her communication skills were 10/10. She always made time and kept us informed through the whole process. The auction day was stressful, but we had someone from Clark and Humel bid on our behalf. While the property received at excellent price, we could never have managed the auction day without the skill of Cherie and her staff. I would always recommend Cherie Humel for buying and selling a property in the Northern Beaches area.
