A very enjoyable experience with a True Professional

Helene is a very capable and professional real estate agent. She was very aware of the market and the type of property I was asking her to market and sell. She was on top of all the issues and kept me fully informed of her contacts with potential buyers and interested parties. She had a very clear idea of what the property was worth and how to market it to the best advantage. She agreed that a private marketing effort with a selected group of potential buyers would be more effective than a broad advertising and publicity campaign and she was right. She encouraged the potential buyers and concluded a very satisfactory sale with one of the targeted group. Her honest and direct negotiating style was refreshing to me and I am sure it was noticed by all the potential buyers she contacted. I believe all who ever have the occasion to use Helene in any property transaction will be as impressed as I was. She is a very capable and astute person to have on your side when negotiating Property in Sydney
