Cherie helped us with the Sale of our 3 bedroom semi on the Manly flats. Cherie, Michael and the whole team at Clarke and Humel were great to work with. Michael helped us purchase the property 6 years ago and was always willing to offer advise and valuations in the subsequent years. Once we started to think seriously of selling the team and Clarke and Humel were happy to give us in depth analysis of the value and suggest strategies without ever being pushy or pressuring us to sell. We chose Cherie and Michael to represent us as they have strong results and a committed approach. They genuinely seem to like helping people with what is undoubtedly one of the largest decisions/transactions you ever make. The support and help offered by the extended team in terms of preparing the house for sale was invaluable (organising trades, booking appointments etc), however in the end we did not even make it to open market thank's to Clarke and Humel's bank of database clients. Cherie worked hard on our behalf to achieve an excellent result and I cannot recommend both Cherie personally and Clarke and Humel highly enough.
