Garry got us the best result possible

Garry firstly listened to our needs and then was able to construct a sales strategy targeted at getting us the closest possible to the result we were looking for. Along the way there were a few hiccups and so the strategy needed adjusting, Garry handled this expertly, communicating with us and ensuring our views were taken into consideration. Garry showed he had appraised the current market well and also kept his eye on the movement during our campaign. On our street there were 2 recent sales failures and Garry smartly steered us away from being the third which would have meant a 6-month delay in our plans. Our sale was secured at 11.30pm two nights before the scheduled auction and Garry went that extra distance to get us over the line.
