Tammy was exceptional from our first meeting. Professional, courteous and very diligent. Tammy listened to our thoughts and expectations and gave her opinion respectfully without being pushy. The listing was easy and Tammy coordinated everything with our staging. She had open houses every week and actively pursued any prospective purchasers. She had private inspections whenever requested and moved her schedule to fit these in to suit. Tammy’s communication was exceptional through the entire process. She never pressured us to take low offers and kept in contact with updates via telephone and text. Her bright and cheerful nature is a nice change.
