Liz Todd, ably assisted by Briony, did an excellent job in helping me find a buyer for my home.

It is a pleasure and a privilege to put on record the experience that I had in reluctantly selling my lovely home in Mount Eliza. I chose Coastal after interviewing 5 of the top real estate agents in Mount Eliza. Liz was the interviewee that clearly impressed me most. She was professional, approachable, creative and enthusiastic. She also has a warmth and softness about her, (a rare combination with her clearly superior business acumen) which I thought would not deter any potential buyers. I did think that some of the other agents that I interviewed might be too overtly aggressive. Liz and her team made the process seem simple. Starting with the formalities of committing to Coastal's services, detailing the costs of advertising etc. all the way through to the sale and final settlement, Liz and Briony managed my expectations throughout the process, keeping me informed as necessary. They also, and very importantly, clearly won the hearts and minds of our eventual buyers. It is unlikely that we will ever be in a position of dealing in real estate on the Mornington Peninsula again but, if that situation came to pass, we would not talk to anybody else but Liz Todd in particular and Coastal in general.
