Extremely misleading!

Extremely misleading, on more then one Occassion, was given misleading and false information. From the listing. From the agent via email. And the sign board. Was lead to believe I was purchasing (in his words) “DA for two detached houses already approved and all the hard work and infrastructure charges paid!” These claims later turned out to be false. No DA approval. No charges paid. Fair trading will be notified. Disappointing that there has been no help from the agent to try resolve prior to taking legal action.
