In summary overall a winning experience.

We both found Grant’s knowledge of the area and its history to be not only interesting but exact. Grant has been assisting in the selling and buying for many years hence his knowledge. At times the process was very stressful but with his reassurance all went to plan. Grant remained in contact with us throughout the entire process informing us of the results of each open home outcome always remaining positive that eventually someone would be interested and surely enough the day came. Of course we were hoping to get as much we could for our property and it was Grant’s skill that would see us fulfill our dream. It was a pleasure to have met Grant and lived this experience with him. He is very professional as well as having a great sense of humor making the experience easier.
